Job Title: B1 Aircraft Maintenance Technician

ResponsibilitiesPrepare, perform, and certify base and line maintenance works as a B1 certifying staff, working with a small group of non-licensed technicians when needed.Prepare aircraft for flight by implementing items recorded in the Test Preparation Sheet (TPS) issued by Flight Ops organization for every flight.Carry out production works on the aircraft to prepare it for ground tests managed by MRTT Design Office and supervised by FAL.Provide quality support during tests execution.Perform retrofit mechanical works and tests on the aircraft in accordance with applicable retrofit service bulletins or job cards.Fix aircraft discrepancies, troubleshoot, handle, and service aircraft.Willingness to work abroad at ADS customer's sites during aircraft delivery, supporting ground & flight tests campaigns, and implementing service bulletins on site.Support A330 MRTT and A310 DEMO when required.Willingness to obtain National and NATO clearance (HPS Habilitación Personal de Seguridad).Skills and ExperienceMandatory: Aircraft maintenance license EASA PART 66 category B1 aircraft rating Airbus A330 (RR TRENT 700 & GE CF6) without limitations.Highly Recommended: Valid EASA PART 66 category B2 aircraft maintenance license with the A330.Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in Airbus aircraft maintenance environment, with at least 2 years working on A330 (RR TRENT 700) and/or (GE CF6).Fluent in English; negotiation level in Spanish.Willingness to work abroad for limited periods on a regular basis.Experience working to high quality standards and understanding of work recording and job traceability.Experience in reading and understanding detailed technical data and manufacturer's maintenance manuals and instructions in English.High knowledge of Aircraft Health and Safety procedures and good standard of computer literacy.BenefitsVacation days plus additional days-off throughout the year.Attractive salary.Hybrid working model promoting work-life balance.Collective transport service in some sites.Health insurance, employee stock options, retirement plan, and study grants.On-site facilities: free canteen, kindergarten, medical office.Opportunities to collaborate in social and corporate social responsibility initiatives.Excellent upskilling opportunities and development prospects in a multicultural environment.Special rates in products & benefits.About AirbusAirbus is a leader in designing, manufacturing, and delivering aerospace products, services, and solutions to customers worldwide, pioneering sustainable aerospace for a safe and united world.
