Role OverviewThe Transformation Manager will play a key role in delivering Rovensa's transformation and strategic plan agenda.
Their main function will be to define, implement, and follow-up on global project management, ensuring comprehensive and well-governed support across all key business units and structures.
Working closely with the leadership teams of the business units, corporate services, and the Executive team, he/she will play a crucial role in developing the maturity and visibility of the progress of programs underpinning the strategy.
Your ResponsibilitiesPerform specific analysis to support the Transformation Office in different projects such as integration of acquired businesses, strategic initiatives that are part of the strategic plan of the company, and transversal projects managed by the CTO.Develop the capacity, capability, and function of the Transformation.Support development and reporting of main cross-company projects.Implement Rovensa strategy plans including supporting strategies.Support the delivery of Rovensa transformation and improvement.Ensure that KPIs are effectively utilized to support the delivery of Rovensa's strategic plan.Prepare presentations to senior stakeholders (Board, Executive Committee, Regional or Functional Heads).Plan and manage projects, identify and promote best practices, and engage stakeholders.The Talent We Are Looking ForUniversity degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration/Economics, or Data Analytics.Previous experience in strategic consulting (8 - 10 years).Strategic thinking: Envision future state, strategic orientation.Analytical, structured, and well-organized; detail-oriented.Results-oriented and accountable.Self-motivated and independent; comes with solutions.Creative: out-of-the-box solutions, challenges the status quo.Ability to influence others.
