Key Responsibilities:Administer IBM MQ with 5+ years of experience in distributed environments.Monitor and optimize application performance in highly available systems.Diagnose and resolve technical issues with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient workflows.Who You AreWhat We're Looking For:Deep understanding of how applications function in distributed, highly available environments.At least 5 years of experience as IBM MQ Administrator in distributed environments.Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in complex systems.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities as part of a collaborative rotation.Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
