As a partner support specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and controlling the performance of existing partners. You will lead complex projects and fulfill tasks assigned by management. You will hold daily evaluations of partner performance and create improvement plans to help meet company-level sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities: Targeting new potential partners, negotiating, and closing deals. Attending industry events may be required.Conducting commercial negotiations with existing partners to secure better content through improved fares or rewards for sales.Coordinating internal and external efforts to implement new partners and release them into production.Facilitating communication between all involved parties, following internal procedures and checklists.Setting up operational (with GDS Team) and financial (reporting, invoicing) processes with new partners, maintaining them, and continuously optimizing performance.Providing account management services to a defined portfolio of airlines, booking, and ticketing partners, including analysis, reports, and quarterly meetings to retain and develop those partnerships.Escalating significant issues with partners to the regional KAM.Supporting the regional KAM when onboarding new members.Participating in cross-departmental projects.Using available tools to reflect all business activities in our internal database (CRM, reporting tools, pipeline tools) to ensure team alignment with the current situation.Supporting market ownership principles by taking a proactive approach to dedicated markets.Being the champion of related business areas with regular follow-ups, reporting, and improvement proposals. Must haves: Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial role within the travel industry.Advanced digital skills (Google Sheets, Chrome, basic analytical tools).Excellent level of English written and spoken at a C1+ level.Broad and up-to-date travel/airline industry knowledge.Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a good level of assertiveness.Knowledge and experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).Self-driven and data-focused.Ability to travel as needed.Capability in general financial and business planning. Nice to haves: Ability to work under pressure and deliver within defined deadlines.Natural curiosity and interest in understanding how everything works.Open-mindedness and willingness to chase constructive feedback for self-improvement.Ability to think outside the box.Ability to coordinate and navigate through detailed processes cross-departmentally and cross-company.Great time management skills.
