Ensures adherence to enterprise strategy and brand, legal, and corporate compliance guidelines.
Identifies ways to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness within all marketing and advertising channels.
Serves as a resource and advisor for marketing and communication issues.
Contributes to effective team management of all relevant problems, issues, and opportunities.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a minimum of one year of relevant marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences industry.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated success executing marketing initiatives which may include launching new products and services, integrating brands, supporting industry events, and guiding advertising campaigns.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms with sales, customers, and management.Demonstrated success in group speaking and presentations.Well organized with demonstrated success in planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.Strong project management and prioritization skills.Ability to multi-task and integrate cross-functional teams and each of their department needs.Ability to lead without authority.Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, MS Teams, SmartSheet).WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is either office flexible or fully remote depending on proximity to a Cencora office and leadership discretion.
