ROLE PURPOSE: The Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) Operations team at Everest is looking for a DUA Onboarding Analyst to join the growing division and to be based in Madrid.
The fundamentals of the team are to support the pre and post-bind functionality of business processes and procedures, administration, and analysis around the oversight and governance of Delegated Authority (DA) facilities across Everest platforms, ensuring the business has been processed in compliance with regulatory minimum standards.
Whilst the individual will be based in Madrid, they will initially support the UK&I business, and as we grow, there will be an opportunity to support broader markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coverholder / MGA documentation operational review and analysis.
Day-to-day administration of the Coverholder / MGA Approval Workflow Platform for Everest International and to chase stakeholders for any outstanding actions, due diligence escalating upwards as and when required.
Administration on key areas of the Everest International DA portfolio to key stakeholders in accordance with internal Group and external regulatory minimum standards.
Challenge received due diligence where necessary from Coverholder / MGAs.
Consistent and accurate Third-party counterparty analysis and measurement against current codes of practice.
Assistance with coordinated performance meetings between Coverholder/MGA, Everest underwriters, and DU team(s).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Assisting the Delegated Underwriting Onboarding Manager to perform due diligence checks on DU documentation for Coverholder / MGAs.
This can be directly with the Coverholder / MGA and or through external systems
