The day starts with reviewing the latest updates on key accounts, analyzing sales data and customer feedback to gain valuable insights. During the meetings, you actively listen to customers' goals and concerns, seeking ways to address their needs and provide tailored and strategic solutions thanks to the deep understanding of the client's business objectives.You empathize with their concerns and collaborate with internal teams to devise a comprehensive action plan. Thanks to your problem-solving skills, the client feels confident in your partnership. Back at the office, you lead an internal strategy session with the sales and marketing teams, brainstorming to improve customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. Your expertise and insights guide the teams in aligning their efforts with the clients' expectations. The role requires dedicating time to analyze the performance metrics of key accounts and also identify areas for improvement and potential upselling opportunities, strategizing for long-term growth.The role can be based anywhere in Europe, with preferred locations being France, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands.How You'll Make an ImpactThe Data Center Client Manager is the single face of the GT organization's clients. You will lead the account relationship globally and be responsible for providing customers with world-class service and support for the GT Portfolio.Engage with potential partners looking to develop Energy Transition projects at all levels, including senior levels, of the Clients' organization.Negotiate and lead contracts and build stakeholder relationships within multiple Client verticals such as planning, construction, engineering, and Regional Units to optimally position Siemens Energy's technologies and solutions.Expand wallet share at accounts for the complete GT portfolio and develop new offerings together with the client.Continuously identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative sale support by building value propositions for Siemens Energy GT products, services, and solutions.Support internal teams (technical sales, business) by offering account-specific, market-driven insights and help develop compelling value propositions.What You Bring (Requirements)Experience with High Voltage generation, transmission, and distribution products and solutions.Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and/or Business field. Relevant work experience accepted as a substitute.Ability to build, grow, and maintain strong executive relationships
