The Design team ?Our team, composed of 25 talented designers and researchers, is committed to delivering an outstanding experience to our members.As a Motion Designer at Alan, you will be instrumental in defining our brand's visual identity and pioneering innovative design methodologies. You'll play a key part in developing motion design guidelines, crafting engaging and dynamic animations for our app, and generating assets that truly connect with our members.Your role is central to establishing new benchmarks in creativity, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and keeping abreast of the latest industry trends. Your strategic understanding of market demands and technological advancements will be vital in maintaining our brand's lead, ensuring we consistently offer captivating and superior visual experiences
