Join us.The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.The Strategy Manager will be joining the Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team in Southern Europe. This organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team. This role focuses on Strategy, Reporting, Projects and Research. In addition, the role will work with cross-functional teams to find potential for improvement and proactively find solutions to improve processes.Responsibilities:- Develop yearly and quarterly commercial strategy including revenue ambition, strategic initiatives (what) and the corresponding tactics (how)- Drive reporting & analytics: Creating dashboards and insightful reports and recommend actionable solutions to drive the business' growth- Conceptualize and implement regional projects, e.g. determining areas of improvement and drive the change process to generate impact- Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, customers and derive actionable recommendation- Partner closely with SEU senior and mid management as well as collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams to reflect their POV
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- Proven experience, ideally around 2+ years, in a fast-paced company - high growth start-up, management consulting, tech platforms, etc. in a project and program management capacity- Experience using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organization and to influence various levels of management decision making- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus- This role works with a lot of cross functional stakeholders across European and Southern European markets, so excellent stakeholder management, presentation skills, and communication (verbal and written) in English and Spanish is essential for the success of this role- Fast learner, ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Systems, and Product- Self-starter and execution mindset, capable of delivering on changes with minimal supervisionPreferred Qualifications:- Experience in a consultancy environment, within big tech or a scaling start-up a nice to have- Knowledge, understanding, or experience working in adtech environment would be a great benefit in this role- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce,), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (Ads Managers, Campaign management platforms, etc.) is a plusTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
