The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth.We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.The Strategy Manager will be joining the Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team in Southern Europe. This organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team.This role focuses on Strategy, Reporting, Projects and Research. In addition, the role will work with cross-functional teams to find potential for improvement and proactively find solutions to improve processes.Responsibilities : - Develop yearly and quarterly commercial strategy including revenue ambition, strategic initiatives (what) and the corresponding tactics (how) - Drive reporting & analytics : Creating dashboards and insightful reports and recommend actionable solutions to drive the business' growth- Conceptualize and implement regional projects, e.g. determining areas of improvement and drive the change process to generate impact- Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, customers and derive actionable recommendation- Partner closely with SEU senior and mid management as well as collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams to reflect their POVProven experience in top tier consulting or high growth company with experience in digital business models, media and digital advertising are a plus- Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision incl
