The module must display a user-friendly returns area and an administration area for that module in the back office.
User 1 - RMA searcher with a new creation button and a list of previous RMAs (reference for each RMA identifier).
Product search for one or multiple products with an add to return button, generating a list of products to return.
Button for the next step.
List of selected products, including the following fields:
Line number of the RMA.
Article reference/description - our reference and the title of the product description.
Order/reference date - this will include the order reference and the date.
Quantity.
Reason selection (dropdown options) - we will provide valid reasons for a return; reasons will appear in gray (not selectable) or in black (selectable) based on the date.
Explanation (extra observations).

4. List of RMAs with the option to add items, and above the list, options to cancel RMA or send RMA.
