Detalles del empleoTipo de empleo: Contrato indefinidoUbicación: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid provinciaDescripción del puestoModel Risk Oversight AnalystCountry: SpainSantander Consumer Finance S.A. is looking for a Model Risk Oversight Analyst, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Model Risk Oversight Analyst within Risk Monitoring team, you will be collaborating within SCF Western Hub´s Risk Monitoring Team. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Analysis, consolidation and challenge of main credit risk metrics (S3, Provisions, Cost of Credit…) as well as rest of risks (counterparty, market and liquidity, non-financial risks…) for units within Western Hub scope.Synthesize and elaborate key messages for senior management, helping to develop Western Hub regulatory and management reports.Support, collaborate and coordinate the implementation of different projects at local level, identifying main workstreams with its correspondent owners and monitoring its progress.Support Strategic plans and budgeting processes.Oversee and ensure correct performance of local month end provision calculation/forecasting processes.Specific/Ad-hoc analysis of portfolio´s performance.Regular communication and coordination with different departments/local units.Producing reports/presentations/supporting materials related to WH Risk Monitoring for different forums.EXPERIENCEMinimum 2 years of experience in Risk Control and Monitoring functions with strong expertise in credit risk and portfolio´s analysis.Experience with IFRS9 models (analysis/monitoring).Experience in project implementation/coordination of local units.Experience in a local business unit is valuable.Joint work with other departments such as T&O;, Capital…Knowledge in credit risk models (parameters, scorings and ratings)EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in economics, business, engineering.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEHigh level of analytical skills and ability to communicate/liase with other departments/units.Knowledge of credit risk related topics such as NDD and IFRS9 models.High level of written and oral communication skills in English.Knowledge of other languages such as French, Portuguese or Dutch is valuable.Autonomy.OTHER INFORMATIONOccasional business travel will be required.If you want to know more about us, follow us on LinkedIn.RequisitosExperiencia: Sin experienciaNivel de estudios: Básica SecundariaCompetenciasBanking Strategy Management (BSM)Problem SolvingFlexibility and AdaptabilityBusiness MarketsDecision Making and Critical ThinkingRisk ManagementReportingCommunicating for ImpactFinancial AnalysisCross-Team IntegrationManaging Multiple PrioritiesSobre la empresaBanco SantanderSede: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, SpainEmpleados: >500El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo: Kit Empleo
