Detalles del empleoAsí es cómo la información del empleo se alinea con tu perfil.Tipo de empleo:- Contrato indefinidoUbicación:Boadilla del Monte, Madrid provinciaDescripción completa del empleo:Descripción del puesto:Model Risk Oversight AnalystCountry: SpainSantander Consumer Finance S.A. is looking for a Model Risk Oversight Analyst, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:As a Model Risk Oversight Analyst within Risk Monitoring team, you will be collaborating within SCF Western Hub´s Risk Monitoring Team.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Analysis, consolidation and challenge of main credit risk metrics (S3, Provisions, Cost of Credit…) as well as rest of risks (counterparty, market and liquidity, non-financial risks…) for units within Western Hub scope.Synthesize and elaborate key messages for senior management, helping to develop Western Hub regulatory and management reports.Support, collaborate and coordinate the implementation of different projects at local level, identifying main workstreams with its correspondent owners and monitoring its progress.Support Strategic plans and budgeting processes.Oversee and ensure correct performance of local month end provision calculation/forecasting processes.Specific/Ad-hoc analysis of portfolio´s performance.Regular communication and coordination with different departments/local units.Producing reports/presentations/supporting materials related to WH Risk Monitoring for different forums.EXPERIENCE:- Minimum 2 years of experience in Risk Control and Monitoring functions with strong expertise in credit risk and portfolio´s analysis.- Experience with IFRS9 models (analysis/monitoring).- Experience in project implementation/coordination of local units.- Experience in a local business unit is valuable.EDUCATION:- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, engineering.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:- High level of analytical skills and ability to communicate/liase with other departments/units.- Knowledge of credit risk related topics such as NDD and IFRS9 models.- High level of written and oral communication skills in English.- Knowledge of other languages such as French, Portuguese or Dutch is valuable.- Autonomy.OTHER INFORMATION:- Occasional business travel will be required.If you want to know more about us, follow us on https://es.Linkedin.Com/company/banco-santanderRequisitos:Experiencia Sin experienciaNivel de estudios Básica SecundariaCompetencias:- Banking Strategy Management (BSM)- Problem Solving- Flexibility and Adaptability- Business Markets- Decision Making and Critical Thinking- Risk Management- Reporting- Communicating for Impact- Financial Analysis- Cross-Team Integration- Managing Multiple PrioritiesSobre la empresa:Banco SantanderSede: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, SpainEmpleados: > 500#J-18808-Ljbffr
