Job TitleModality Sales Specialist for Hospital Patient Monitoring Job DescriptionYour role: Build a business plan that supports customer needs and drives sales efforts for the product portfolio, working with all direct and indirect channels in the territory. Build and manage the territory funnel in Salesforce (SFDC), accurately forecasting using metrics and achieving goals. Research target opportunities and generate account leads.
Develop long-term relationships with key influencers. Leverage Philips business tools to understand customer needs, design tailored solutions, translate these into value propositions, and create pricing strategies to support them.
Drive customer satisfaction through delivery, installation, and post-installation, ensuring expectations are met by managing customer feedback at all sales process stages. Maximize the customer experience by presenting a coordinated and efficient "One Philips" approach.
Utilize SFDC, tender information, and other tools to share knowledge and develop conversations across Philips. Share best practices with internal colleagues.
Technical & Clinical requirements: In-depth knowledge of clinical units such as Labor and Delivery, Neonatal and Pediatric ICU, Medical/Surgical, Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, Operating Room, and Emergency Department.
Ability to consult on the clinical implications of Philips HPM offerings, and approach problem-solving with a clinical perspective.
Expertise in managing clinical issues, collecting and analyzing data, and interfacing with marketing and customer support to address and escalate concerns.
Proficient in teaching, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper use of medical Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions products, while sharing technical and clinical insights with peers and business units.
You're the right fit if you have: A minimum B.Sc. in Bioengineering, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or equivalent.
3-5+ years of work experience in the Hospital Monitoring Area or similar.
Advanced knowledge in IT and the main functionalities of core health sector applications: EMR, HIS, LIS, PACS, and other departmental systems.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Customer-oriented and focused on achieving defined objectives and results.
How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. It is a field role.
