Job Title: Modality Sales Specialist Coronary North Spain
Job Description: Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products, solutions, and services.
Drives overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product/modality across the accounts.
Your Role: Develop and maintain relationships with a limited number of key accounts to establish Philips as the preferred supplier.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Coordinate all Philips efforts to maximize the output of the sales group.Create optimal offers to the accounts in collaboration with marketing, services, and supply chain teams.Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.Create a 2-year account plan for each account translating budgeted targets into specific strategies and actions as part of the operational plan of the sales group.Implement action programs to improve the performance of Philips with the accounts.Drive the performance of the functions in the account team to achieve goals.Analyze and report sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends to propose improvements.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.Build strong relationships with KOLs from North of Spain.Provide technical and product support during Congress & workshops Live Cases in hospitals within the territory responsibility.Qualifications: Degree in biomedical engineering or a clinical/science-related field.7+ years of experience in the related field with specific knowledge of the market and stakeholders in the Cardiology area and medical device sector.Great team player, proactive, customer-focused, and committed to patient safety.Strong influencing and negotiation skills.Fluency in English and Spanish.Availability to travel.Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.About Philips: We are a health technology company, built around the belief that every human matters, and we won't stop until everybody everywhere has access to quality healthcare.
