Job TitleModality Sales Specialist Coronary North SpainJob DescriptionProvides technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products, solutions and services. Drives overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.Your role:Developing, maintaining and improving relations with a limited number of key accounts to keep or set Philips as the preferred supplier.Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.Creating, together with marketing, services and supply chain teams, optimal offers for the accounts.Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.Creating an account plan for each account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group.Creating and implementing action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips.Driving the performance of the functions in the account team to achieve goals.Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to propose improvements.Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Building strong relationships with KOLs from North of Spain.Demonstrating presentation, communication, and follow-up skills.Providing technical & product support during Congress & workshops Live Cases that take place in hospitals under territory responsibility.*Kindly request to submit CV in EnglishYou're the right fit if you have:Degree in biomedical engineering or a clinical/science related field.7+ years of experience in the related field with specific knowledge of the market and stakeholders in the Cardiology area and in the medical device sector.Great team player, proactive, customer-focused, and engaged in patient safety.Strong influencing and negotiation skills.English and Spanish language skills.Availability to travel.Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
