You'll deploy a testing automation framework for mobile applications for a major global eCommerce company, leading an international digital team to meet business goals. Your responsibilities include assessing, defining, implementing, and governing the testing solution. You'll ensure its high performance and quality for an outstanding user experience. Join a passionate team working on diverse, challenging projects with cutting-edge technologies in a major digital transformation effort.
Your Profile: Over 10 years of professional experience in testing automation, including 6+ years with native apps.Proficient in technologies like Appium, Katalon, TestComplete, XCUI tests, Robot Framework, and more.Experienced with cloud platforms such as Browserstack, Saucelabs, and Perfecto Mobile.Expertise in AI for testing optimization (test preparation, bug estimation, self-healing scripts).Knowledge of IS architecture, web services, and programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.).Skilled in evaluating ROI of testing automation investments.Experience with multi-market mobile application automation testing solutions.Familiar with implementing continuous improvement plans.Skills: Creative problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Proven leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding teams as a technology evangelist, coaching on challenges and tech trends.Experienced in working with international and diverse teams, both virtual and onsite.Detail-oriented.If this role is of interest, please send an up-to-date CV to ****** Darwin Recruitment AG is a Zurich based, SECO licensed, privately owned subsidiary of Darwin Professional Staffing Group Ltd (a Global IT Recruitment Consultancy).
