Harness cutting-edge mobile analytics tools to decode user behavior, identify issues, and craft compelling campaigns. Lead detailed CRM experiments rooted in user psychology, transforming insights into dynamic lifecycle flows.Collaborate closely with clients on A/B testing and analysis, leveraging the Mobile Growth Stack to drive significant outcomes. Expect a vibrant role where your creativity and analytical skills will play a crucial part in our clients' success and Phiture's continued innovation.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Implement and optimize marketing campaigns using Braze to focus on advanced segmentation and targeting strategies.Personalize and customize campaign content dynamically using liquid logic within Braze based on user behavior and attributes.Manage and enhance custom attributes in Braze to fine-tune customer engagement strategies and achieve targeted outcomes.Collaborate with the data analytics team to integrate and leverage user data for sophisticated campaign strategies.Develop and test HTML code modifications within Braze templates for optimal layout and functionality across various devices and email clients.Analyze campaign performance to generate insights and drive continuous growth and retention metrics improvement.Provide technical support and training to team members on using Braze and integrating it with other tools and platforms.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Experience with A/B testing in any digital marketing channel.Proficiency in using Braze for planning and launching campaigns.Ability to drive data insights and build charts with analytics platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Periscope.A data-driven approach with a solid understanding of startup growth metrics, analytics, and statistics.Focus on performance and results, striving for measurable impact.Understanding of user psychology and motivation in mobile app usage.Nice to have:Experience working at mobile-centric startups.Experience with user acquisition (ASO or Performance Marketing).Experience with copywriting for marketing or sales communications.WHAT WE OFFER YOU:Unlimited remote work within your home country (applies to the EMEA region) and up to 90 days of international remote work every year.The opportunity to boost your salary with our quarterly bonus scheme and share in the company's financial success.Virtual shares providing a unique opportunity to participate in our success and contribute to our long-term growth
