You will work closely with other architecture teams (Enterprise, Cloud, Technical, Data & Security Architecture) and liaises with Business and IT colleagues in Santander UK as well as Santander Global/Group Architecture.Your main tasks will be:Be embedded into the functional domain, balancing business requirements with functional & technical strategy to ensure we deliver sustainable solutions.Working with Enterprise and Solution Architects in the required domains and cross domain spaces to understand the roadmaps, strategies and solutions.What you'll bringIf you think you've got what it takes, these are the key skills we'll be looking for in your CV:Be experienced in IT Systems Design and Solutions Architecture with strong Financial Institution knowledge - Retail or Corporate.Strong domain driven design, with knowledge of the BIAN framework, TOGAF, ArchiMate and API & microservice architecture solutions.Proven experience in defining & documenting complex As_Is & Target Architecture Solutions.Proven experience in supporting to help define & ensure solutions aligns to strategic roadmaps.Strong knowledge and experience in digital channels architecture (mobile solutions) and integrating with financial systems.Expertise in front end design and integration patterns.Knowledge of Identity and access management, Oauth/OIDC and caching.Knowledge of computer architecture and system software interaction.Have experience of AWS & Cloud Architecture.Be passionate about driving and experience of leading change.Collaboration is critical, the ability to communicate complex concepts.Knowledge of planning and organizing concepts.Be effective in a team environment.Senior SA with experience of running SA team & supporting SA community.Bachelor's degree in management / Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.What is the Be Tech! experience like?Hybrid working model.Flexible working hours.Possibility of travelling to collaborate with teams in other countries.Continuous training in innovative technical fields.Career plan to ensure your professional growth.Highly competitive salary and bonuses.Financial benefits.Social benefits.What now?If you like what you've read so far, you'll like it even more once you're on board...
