Our platform helps our partners manage their bookings, payroll, marketing and more, to streamline operations and boost their commercial success.Since we launched in 2019, we have already achieved the following:We've built a community of over 7 million usersWe have finalized the biggest Series B this yearGrown our team to more than 160 employeesWe're continuing to grow to become the #1 tech partner for boutique studios in Europe and the rest of the world!Join us to write the next chapter of your career!What will be your impact:End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of mobile app development, from initial planning and client communication to successful launches in app stores (iOS and Android).Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, aligning on project deliverables, and addressing technical inquiries.Process Optimization: Develop and improve automations for internal processes to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.Issue Tracking and Resolution: Report and manage client issues using ticketing tools, escalate improvement requests, and coordinate with the product and technical teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service, operations, product management, and tech teams to ensure seamless project progression and alignment.Documentation: Create clear and replicable procedures and instructions, ensuring that processes are well-documented and accessible to all stakeholders.Platform Expertise: Become a go-to expert on the company's platform and app functionalities, able to provide support and guidance to clients and internal teams.Third-Party Interaction: Manage relationships with external partners and third parties, ensuring smooth collaboration and integration.You would be a great fit if you have:Languages: Proficiency in French is required, with fluency in English.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with iOS and Android app platforms and experience with app submissions is highly desirable.Project Management: Proven ability to manage technical projects from conception to delivery. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges with innovative solutions.Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills, able to translate customer needs into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Process Improvement: Experience in implementing automations and optimizing processes is a significant asset.Education: A background in engineering or product management studies is highly valued.
