As a PLM Technical Lead (or PLM Technical Product Owner), you will play a critical role in driving the implementation and management of Sanofi's PLM platform. You'll be part of the Industrial Affairs (IA) team, which bridges the gap between R&D and patient care, focusing on increasing manufacturing efficiency and accelerating product launches.
Main responsibilities: Lead the implementation strategy and manage technical and development activities related to the PLM platform.Serve as the application owner for associated engineering domain applications.Define the internal SW architecture of the 3DExperience platform modules, data model, and drive customization and interface creation.Collaborate with functional Product Owners and Digital SMEs to develop the Sanofi PLM backbone.Manage enhancement requests and relationships with both the integrator development team and the solution provider design authority team.Act as a hands-on leader within a mature Agile team to drive digital product alignment with the company's vision.About you: Experience: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to build and deliver software products, bridging technical and functional aspects.
Soft and technical skills: Strong leadership and change management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Solid experience with 3DExperience platform configuration and customization, particularly Enovia-Delmia V6 integration. Familiarity with Agile and scrum frameworks. Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards and tools.
Languages: English is mandatory.
