Influence strategic decision making, accountable for defining and leading the programme/project, cutting across multiple channels, products, systems and departments, to time, budget, and scope from initiation through to completion;Lead and manage a team of project management professionals and ensure compliance with Standards, policies and processes;Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative, PMO team, who may be directly managed or matrix managed;Lead the delivery of the programme/project through active sponsorship, leadership and involvement in specific initiatives to ensure they meet the time, cost and quality requirements, and maximise benefit delivery;Monitor performance across the management system to enable tracking of the strategy execution and provide updates to senior management;Use advanced analytical thought to influence decisions and define a common set of practices, principles and templates for managing, anticipating and exceeding the management system goals;Build strong relationships and work closely with senior management.Core competencies, knowledge and experience: Bachelor degree.Appropriate years' experience in B2B / enterprise environment.Appropriate years' experience in senior customer/Supplier facing role.Appropriate years' experience in IT services operational environments.Experience in delivery of outsourced contracts, preferably in IT services and/or Security Services.Excellent relationship builder, with the necessary personal impact to build credibility with customers, the account team and Sales Leadership.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to Executive-level.Ability to identify broken/sub-optimal processes and recommend changes.Strong coaching skills and demonstrable ability to deliver through non-Direct Reports.English is a must.Why Vodafone?
