The Portfolio Engineering Manager is responsible for defining and supporting the building of products that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle.
You will own the Impact Assessments for Analytics & Data Services, bridging the gap between Business Requirements and Technical Capabilities.
You will be responsible for defining the Impact Assessment process, aligning processes to the SAFe Scaled Agile ways of working including producing Business Cases and identifying MVPs.
You will need to co-ordinate resources across multiple teams to conduct impact assessments in a timely manner.
You will lead a team of product managers who will own the feature analysis of project/program delivery and run the PI planning events for their Portfolios.
As a Portfolio Engineering Manager, you´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities:
Completing Impact Assessments across the Analytics & Data Services Team including Migration Services, Data Products & Cloud Capability.Owning the Demand Review Board which will make Go / No Go decisions on new portfolio Epics.Portfolio alignment across external (Non IT) teams to manage handoff of requirements.Lead a team of Product Managers for the 'Other' portfolio category.What do you bring?
