PathWave Test Sync Executive is a commercial software product utilizing FPGA IP and a core library integrated into Keysight hardware products to deliver superior synchronization for applications requiring hard real-time capabilities such as Quantum, 6G, Radar, etc.PathWave Test Sync Executive is targeted at system application developers, offering an easy-to-use API to build complex solutions and manage large instrumentation systems.About the TeamYou will lead a growing and dynamic RD team located in Barcelona, Spain, and work closely with RD managers, planners, and architects in the USA and other countries worldwide.We are looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced Manager to lead the SW and FPGA development and create value for Keysight through technology innovations for a fast-growing test and measurement market.Objectives of the Role- Manage the development and deployment of TSE to accelerate Keysight instrument and solution development.- Manage the team and the day-to-day activities required for timely delivery of TSE to meet commitments with our partners.- Work closely with managers, planners, and architects within labs and across different organizations to define the product vision and realize it into a solid architecture and product.- Interface with planners and partners to prioritize feature development and delivery.Responsibilities- Responsible for the overall operation of the TSE Team.- Provide guidance and direction to the RD SW and FPGA developers, and QA team.- Manage and align scope, schedule, and resources required to deliver TSE features to meet business objectives.- Implement appropriate management processes, tracking mechanisms, and risk management to drive successful execution of projects.- Manage conflicting requirements and escalate when appropriate.- Lead and motivate professionals to meet aggressive and challenging objectives.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:- BS / MS / PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.- Several years of experience in SW development, ideally including Hardware / FPGA related.- Knowledge of Product Life Cycle (PLC) for complex HW / SW projects.- Experience with Agile methodology, preferably as a Product Owner.- Project management experience, including tracking details, dependencies with other projects, issues, risks, budget, and creating reports.- Experience managing teams with highly effective people leadership and team-building skills.Desired Qualifications:- Experience in the test and measurement market.- Knowledge of advanced synchronization technologies.- Familiarity with Quantum, 6G, or Radar applications.- Experience working in an international environment and collaborating with diverse teams.- Self-motivated with strong communication skills and a pronounced customer focus.- Ability to develop with a global team while operating autonomously.Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
