As the Head of People, you will serve as the strategic partner for senior leaders across the organization, offering expert strategic insights and leadership support. You will bring our People vision to life, implement people strategies, support business needs with excellence and challenge the status quo. Your role is crucial in managing the People perspective for various teams and sub-departments. Long-term strategy and business objectives will guide your efforts.
