Project Portfolio Manager - PAGO NXT TRADE Boadilla del Monte, Spain WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING PAGO NXT TRADE is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER based in the LONDON, UK office. In order to achieve these goals, PagoNxt is organized into three different businesses: Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers. Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs. Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals. This role will be part of our PagoNxt Trade Solutions team and will be responsible for delivering fast, efficient trade finance, supply chain, and FX payments solutions for international SMEs that were once only accessible to larger corporations. As a Project Manager, you will own and manage the PagoNxt initiatives for the UK workstreams and client implementations, working closely with the business stakeholders and the engineering teams, and reporting to the UK Relationship Director. Responsibilities: Create and maintain a project plan for the payment hub deliveries. Track and manage development resources and work against the strategic plan. Work within local governance and present project status at management and steering committees. Manage and maintain the risks, issues, and actions for all the deliveries within the project manager's remit. Complete the project reporting in line with the PMO guidance. Manage cost and change control across the initiatives ensuring the deliveries are within budget. Be responsible for and take ownership of the prioritization for UK and global dependencies on the UK. Work closely with the product team to understand the strategy for the payments hub and how the product will be developed. Maintain a clear and concise message in line with the strategy for the product and the group. EXPERIENCE 10 Years Project Management experience in a financial organization. 5 Years industry experience of payments processing. EDUCATION Degree educated in business or economics. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Spanish speaking a bonus. Expert level knowledge of UK payments schemes BACS / CHAPS / FP. Good understanding of public cloud, knowledge of AWS desired. Good understanding of service contracts, setting up and finalizing contracts with suppliers and customers. Good regulatory knowledge of payments and understanding of the cloud regulatory approval process. OTHER INFORMATION Willing to travel to and from the UK and other sites in Europe.
