Main activity will be back office support in terms of Logistics suppliers, reporting, invoicing, performance follow up and Tenders.Accountabilities:Carrier Management Team Support on administrative tasks - back office such as:Vendors creation & modification process in all systemsLogistics vendors supportTenders Management & supportMaintenance of data in TMS. Standardization and clean up.Internal administrative tasks and processes. Documentation.ReportingContribute to identify Cost savings in Transportation and efficiencies in Supply Chain.Identify improvement opportunities.Propose efficiencies and eliminate waste in processes.Solve technical issues. Sharing knowledge within the team.What we look for:University degree; Desirable: Logistics related degree.Logistics experienceExperience dealing with CustomersAnalysis & Reporting skillsProactive and decisive person.Willing to work in multicultural environmentSkills on OrganisationHigh Excel skills - macrosLanguages: English and Spanish fluency.
