Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist Coordinator (f/m/d)
IN Madrid.
We are one of the best consultancies for strategic procurement and supply chain management. As an independent subsidiary of BCG, we offer the best of both worlds: in-depth expertise and high strategic competence, and we are able to draw on a strong, international infrastructure, which makes us even more dynamic in the market. That's why we want to strengthen our team with someone that matches our ambitions as well as our spirit.
VERY EXCITING FOR YOU. Talent Acquisition: You will be responsible for the full-cycle sourcing and recruiting process in our Madrid office. This includes identifying suitable candidates through all relevant channels, shortlisting, applicant management, and conducting interviews. In collaboration with the international TA & EB team, you will ensure a steady talent pipeline for consulting and non-consulting staff.
Active Sourcing: You will identify, approach, and support the recruiting process of candidates, primarily through LinkedIn, and bring new and innovative ideas to engage diverse talent.
University Relations: You will build relationships and manage target universities, organize, and attend talent fairs, university events, and workshops in coordination with the international TA & EB team.
Employer Branding: You will support the development and implementation of a wide range of local recruiting campaigns, social media activities, and drive the development of employer branding in Spain. You will also lead wider Spanish recruiting events and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in new and engaging formats.
HR General Topics: As the first HR point of contact in Spain, you will act as a link between the local staff and the central HR functions regarding topics such as HR Operations support, Compensation & Benefits, collaborating with Staffing and Career Development.

Independent working, flexibility, and a high degree of reliability are second nature to you.
You have a "can do" attitude combined with hands-on qualities and are used to traveling and working with remote teams.
A confident manner and a strong service focus in an international working environment complete your profile, and you can also prove your communication skills in business English and Spanish. At least an intermediate level of Italian is also highly desirable.
