We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need:
A degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in fund dealing, fund operations, fund administration, or a similar role for alternative funds.
A good knowledge of the fund industry, fund structures, regulations, and market practices in alternative investments.
A strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
A proactive, problem-solving, and client-oriented attitude.
A fluent level of English, written and spoken. Fluent Spanish will be positively valued.
Your Role in the Team Allfunds has launched Allfunds Alternative Solutions, a new division, to enhance the distribution of Alternative investments. You will be responsible for:
Processing fund orders from clients and ensuring their timely and accurate execution.
Liaising with fund houses, distributors, custodians, and other counterparties to resolve any issues or queries related to fund dealing.
Monitoring fund prices, market movements, corporate actions, and other relevant information.
Maintaining and updating fund data and documentation in the internal systems and platforms.
Providing support and guidance to clients on the use of Allfunds' dealing services and tools.
Collaborating with other teams within Allfunds to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Acting as a link between Client Services and Allfunds Alternative Solutions division to understand clients' needs for Alternative Investments.
Participating in the design of new IT developments for Alternative Investments.
