The role: As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will develop relationships with Spain's top law firms and enterprises, driving adoption, ensuring our AI platform delivers exceptional value, and helping define the future ways of working as a lawyer.
You'll work strategically as a trusted advisor to our clients on how Leya's tools can elevate their work and improve efficiency.
At Leya, your contributions will directly influence our strategy in Spain and LATAM, as well as our product development.

What you will be doing: Strategic Implementation: Lead the seamless integration of Leya into client workflows, ensuring optimal adoption and utilization of our AI solutions.Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Address pain points with tailored solutions, deliver measurable value, and drive ARR expansion.Training & Enablement: Deliver engaging training sessions and presentations to elevate client AI knowledge and maximize engagement with Leya's platform for daily tasks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure our platform aligns with client needs.Advocacy and Engagement: Advocate for user engagement, foster champions within client organizations, and maintain readiness for renewals and expansions.Travel: Regularly visit clients to strengthen relationships and ensure success.
