#BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Demonstrates Fairmont's ServicePlus Standards in all interactionsEnsures that the standards of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts are maintained and highly implementedSupervises, coordinates and gives directions to the entire Team of Colleagues in a very efficient and correct manner.Promotes good relationships with the guests and ColleaguesControls and analyzes the level of:Quality of ServiceGuest SatisfactionEmployees SatisfactionOperating EquipmentGrooming StandardsUpdates all Colleague Logs/FilesParticipates in service as necessary in accordance with Restaurant/Bar needsEnsures hotel grooming and personal appearance standards are metControls stocks for daily use in the restaurant to ensure service requirements of the Cascades/Bridges are metControls breakage, waste, and spoilageEnsures a Safe and Healthy work environment for all the Guests and ColleaguesConducts all Administrative work requiredMaintains the Lobby Bar's cleanliness as well as ensuring all maintenance needs are looked after.Checks expiry dates and non-dated products on a daily basisSchedules Guest Reservations and arranges for private functions or special partiesChecks opening and closing duties assigned to all colleaguesMaintains log book on a day-to-day basisConducts shift briefingPerforms job-related duties and special projects assignedEnsures that the Lobby Bar maintains high quality service standardsPerforms daily checks on staffing level, quality control, maintenance, cleanlinessEnsures that the unique services of the Lobby Bar are well maintained e.G.
by doing table checksUpdates the Communication BoardCleans all coffee machines and ensures the safe use of the right detergents and pills.
