Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Mixed Signal Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, simulation, and validation of mixed-signal circuits that integrate analog and digital components.
You will work closely with internal and external R&D teams, contributing to the full development cycle of mixed-signal ICs, from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, simulation, and verification of Mixed Signal ICs .
Develop and implement system architectures that integrate both analog and digital components.
Collaborate with analog and digital design teams to optimize performance and functionality in mixed-signal designs.
Perform behavioral modeling and mixed-signal simulations to validate system-level performance.
Lead layout and post-layout verification efforts to ensure design accuracy.
Interface with customers to define and refine mixed-signal IC specifications based on application requirements.
Oversee silicon validation and debugging to ensure the final product meets the performance and reliability criteria.
Support tape-out and bring-up of mixed-signal ICs, including characterization and testing.
Mentor junior engineers and guide the team through complex design challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in mixed-signal IC design.
Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design , with expertise in integrating these for mixed-signal systems.
Proficiency with EDA tools for analog and digital design, simulation, and layout (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics).
Experience with ADC/DAC converters, PLL , filters , and other key mixed-signal components.
Understanding of CMOS/BiCMOS process technology and design constraints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in silicon validation and debugging.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Nice to Have: Experience in high-speed or low-power mixed-signal design.
Knowledge of RF design techniques and concepts.
Hands-on experience with tape-out and production environments.
Familiarity with reliability, yield, and test processes for mixed-signal ICs.
