Working for a two-sided Marketplace, you will understand user motivations that help acquire, activate, and return them to hosting live events, and/or users attending events and how to help them find what they are looking for and connect with likeminded people.THE SKILLSET :5+ years of experience and/or experience in different contexts: product, agency, startup, etc.Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skillsExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English"Full Stack" Researcher specialized in quantitative methodsExperienced in fast-paced software product development with very diverse user segmentsExperienced working across a domain and number of squadsCares deeply about the craft of research and producing high-quality deliverablesCares equally deeply about having both strategic impact and human impactIntegrity, empathy, adaptability, and tenacityBONUS POINTS :Experience with UXR in B2B and/or Marketplaces (software/service mix)Active Eventbrite user with a passion for live eventsMulti-lingual / Multi-culturalAdvanced degree in a social science (economics, sociology, anthropology, etc.
