Location: home office + working on site with the clientsType: Full-timeWith this role CERM is looking for motivated and ambitious applicants who are based in Spain, who are able to travel to our customers and partners to implement the CERM system, provide customer support and software consultancy.This person reports to the Americas Team LeaderIn this role you will:Be part of a great team of experienced software consultantsBecome a CERM expert and deliver training and consultancyLead implementation projects to a successful conclusionProvide post go-live support and ongoing consultancy to our customer baseWork with product management, helpdesk and other teams across all departments to ensure an excellent customer experienceMaintain a high standard of personal administrationParticipate in team meetings and share best practicesProvide regular status updates and activity reports according to our company practices.This role might be a good fit if you: Have at least 3 years of experience in the Label and Packaging industryAre a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionHave solid interpersonal skills and are very team orientedCan manage accounts at a high level within the assigned regionHave experience of at least one ERP package, either as a consultant or as a senior end userHave a natural interest in working with clients with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsAre willing to take ownership of issues and follow through to reach a solutionUnderstand that this role requires travel to customer sites (up to 50% travel)Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional language proficiency is very welcome)This Organization participates in E-Verify.Join our team of expertsOur success and growth are thanks to the expertise of the complete CERM family.
