process) experience and design related operation flow.
Cooperate with customer service team and related partners to design reverse customer service flow to improve buyer reverse experience and solve buyer escalations.
Buyer reverse policy rules design and setup to deliver platform reverse buyer experience flow effectively.
Work with Product development and tech team to launch system functionality as service operation required.
Position Requirement Bachelor's Degree or above, 3-5 years of work experience in reverse field with E-commerce platform experience, fully understand buyer reverse experience flow.
Understand the Spanish E-commerce market, customer-centric mindset, and has the desire to push for changes that create impact and value for the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, results-driven focus on operations, deliverables, and able to work under pressure.
Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and relatively unstructured environment.
Fluent in Spanish and English (with Italian preferred) and based in Madrid.
