Miravia - E-commerce Logistics Project Manager - MadridBase Madrid, SpainThe candidate for this position will primarily handle innovative e-commerce logistics projects and customized solutions for key account clients. The focus is on providing tailored capabilities for specific buyer and seller segments, ensuring an economical and scalable implementation to better serve platform buyers and sellers and establish a competitive edge for the Miravia platform. Examples include delivery by merchants service optimization, packaging commercialization, scheduled deliveries, same-day deliveries, special services for peak promotions, return pick-up services, and logistics ESG initiatives.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in user and merchant research, execute effective research strategies, analyze the value and ROI of requirements, and complete requirement documentation to facilitate project initiation.Collaborate with tech and production teams, identify optimal product solutions, coordinate internal resources to drive project implementation, and monitor progress and resource allocation, promptly identifying and resolving issues.Confirm operational resources and SOP, ensuring smooth project delivery and stable operations.Continuous monitoring post-implementation aspects, including product stability, service quality, customer usage rates and satisfaction, platform returns, and follow up on subsequent iterations.Support on weekly, quarterly & yearly report & planning.Position Requirements5 years or more of experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain consultancy, or related fields.Strong analytical skills and experience with user research, proficient in data-driven methodology.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex logistics product requirements to logistics or non-logistics stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to build strong working relationships.Fluent in English & Spanish; knowledge of Chinese or other European languages would be a plus.PMP certification is a plus.
