They have a strong senior leadership team that truly cares that everyone gets home safe every day.They run a large operation and are therefore looking for an additional leader in one of their mills.The RoleAs Mill Manager you'll oversee a wide array of day-to-day functions including: Operations Management Scheduling, staff, maintenance, routine activities, support to Logistics Inventory Management Oversee activities and training of Mill Staff Budget Management and cost reporting Ensure product is manufactured in accordance with FeedSafe requirements Systems / Practices & Processes Rostering (month in advance) Conduit between Scheduling and Miller teams DIFOT Safety Management and team engagement Ensure HSEQ requirements are met in the workplace Perform correct milling procedures including batching of grains and additivesto a customer formulation mix.
