Professional training in a technical field like mechatronics or electrics. Experience managing projects and complying with local Health and Safety legislation. Proficiency in English and the local language. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate would have experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies, as well as qualifications or experience in sustainability. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems are desirable.
