This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about numbers and financial analysis.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed financial summaries.Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
