Job Title – Midweight Stylist Location – M40 5BJ Working rota – Monday - Friday Working hours – 40 hours Role Overview: The Mid weight Stylist will be responsible for delivering world class E-commerce content across the JD Group. Working within a busy studio environment your day to day duties will include: styling on set across JD and the Outdoors Fascia's, supporting across the studio when required. Demonstrating your skills with the technical aspects of styling you will complete tasks with a best practice approach and a deadline driven mentality, keeping our JD consumer at the heart of what you do. Key Areas Of Responsibility Maintain high-quality styling across all projects, utilising your experience across still life, mannequin and working with models. Work seamlessly across JD and Outdoors E-commerce managing priorities, Prepare styling rails, including steaming and managing the flow of product on set. Achieve daily shoot targets, working to achieve personal and studio KPI's Follow daily processes and have a deep understanding of studio workflow and systems. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and understanding of current trends. Work collaboratively with the wider studio team, including photographers and videographers to direct models and select the strongest imagery. Work independently and collaboratively with Senior stylists. Maintain a relevant seasonal styling kit Consistently maintain a tidy and organised set Regularly review imagery to ensure standards are maintained and have the ability to identify areas for improvement. Support in the creation of style guides. Organise and plan in models based on product volume. Communicate effectively with the Senior Stylist on daily/weekly plans and priorities, updating them regularly. Maintain excellent communication with the wider studio team. Be a role model to junior members of the team. Work on ad hoc styling projects and support across the studio when required. Thrive on constructive feedback and actively seek personal development opportunities. Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed: 3-4 years styling/ industry experience. Experience styling on model, still life and mannequin Excellent brand and product knowledge. A keen interest in fashion and trends. creative with an exceptional eye for detail. The ability to work meticulously and consistently. The ability to hit daily shoot targets and manage priorities. The ability to work well under pressure, and be responsive to change. Excellent organisational skills. Contribute and work effectively in a team environment. Full UK Driving License and valid Passport Mac and PC literate with Basic Capture training.
