The "Digital Platforms" domain is part of the Corporate & Institutional Banking Information Technology & Operations (CIB ITO) of BNP Paribas, responsible for managing key infrastructure components such as servers, databases, storage, backup, middleware, Citrix farms, automation, and VMware infrastructure.Within this domain, Middleware WEB administration plays a crucial role in managing the entire WEB infrastructure, covering various technologies that are part of the CIB baseline for presentation and application layers.Position - Key AccountabilitiesThis position focuses on the management of WEB infrastructure for all European countries where BNPP operates, with plans to extend global support to all regions (Follow The Sun support).This infrastructure provides services in high availability environments to ensure application availability.Given the large number of assets to manage, the ability to build and manage scripts for automation is a key requirement.Responsibilities include vulnerability and obsolescence remediation, proactive improvements, and action plans for incidents as part of daily operations.Working according to ITIL methodology is a standard practice in this and other IT areas.Others
- On Site Services: From 7:00 to 19:30, covering weekly shifts of 8 working hours/day.
- On Call Services: Out of regular schedule, we provide On Call services 24/7, to be covered in weekly shifts by team members.
- BNPP is an international company; most non-working days in Spain, aside from weekends, are considered business days requiring onsite support, albeit with a reduced number of staff.
