The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, advanced video editing techniques and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:Conceptualising and creating both still and video assets for various channels including web, email, social (organic and paid) and printLeading autonomously on the design and messaging hierarchy for all promotional campaign assetsLeading the design for ad-hoc projects across the business including the design of internal documents, new email templates, printed collateral, shop window vinyl and event invitesEnsuring all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identityVideo Editing:Managing the production and editing of raw video footage into polished, engaging video content for paid and organic social channelsAdding music, dialogue, graphics, and special effects to videos as neededEnsuring videos are optimised for different platforms and devicesConceptualising and producing video content in line with our core marketing calendarTrend Awareness & Innovation:Being commercially aware and regularly experimenting with new design tools and software to enhance creativity and efficiencyContinuously seeking opportunities to push creative boundaries and elevate design standardsStaying up-to-date with video editing trends and techniques to ensure our video output remains competitive and engagingPresenting design concepts and revisions to internal team members, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments promptlyManaging multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines
