Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with other team members, product managers, and management.
Adhere to our working agreements.
Engage in pair programming to foster collaboration and learning.
Utilize existing tools and processes to accomplish assigned tasks effectively.
Participate actively in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Work autonomously, capable of creating subtasks from a story and programming it without external assistance.
Rely on senior colleagues for impact and complex decision-making.
Contribute to the completion of development tasks.
Assist in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues.
Qualifications:
Pragmatic approach to technical solutions.
Experience in clean architectures and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Skilled working with event-driven systems.
Proficient in English communication.
Nice to have: Experience in Node.js and TypeScript.
