Macro- and micro-organizing the team, planning and following up on the different production cycles: pitch, concept, design documentation, mock-up, alpha, beta, goldOverseeing quality in different areas of development: game design, art, programmingDelivering the project on time while respecting the allocated budgetCommunicating constantly with international editing teamsThe producer is assisted on a daily basis by a studio manager and international leads.QualificationsRequirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a ProducerStrong organizational skills and a rigorous, hard-working attitudeAbility to organize a team's workflow following a strict scheduleCapable of managing, motivating and working with a team under pressureCapacity to report to supervisors clearly and thoroughlyAble to work in English on a daily basis (writing, speaking, managing, conveying ideas)Current or former hardcore gamerPassion for video gamesAdept at being creative on every detail of the project until its very end, while also thinking globally (on the project's scope) at the same timeAssets: Previous experience in managing teams of creative and specialized peopleGood knowledge of entertainmentTechnical backgroundAdditional InformationWhy Join the World of Gameloft?
