Mid-Senior Accountant (Spanish Speaker)

Our client is searching for a Senior Accountant to join their growing company in Leganés, Madrid.Your responsibilities and impact working as a Senior Accountant will be:Record accounts payable invoices and reconcile them with existing purchase ordersReconcile incoming payments and ensure accurate recordingManage outgoing payments, including reconciliation of bank accounts, foreign currency exchange differences, and intercompany accountsPrepare payment suggestion forms, initiate the payment approval cycle, and execute payments accordinglyReconcile and book monthly payroll transactions accuratelyPrepare and submit statutory forms and reports for external providersGenerate monthly reports with detailed analysis compared to budget and forecastDevelop monthly forecasts and yearly budgetsMaintain all accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerPrepare financial statements and collaborate with auditors during the audit processSkills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:You have professional proficiency in Spanish and EnglishYou have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar roleYou preferably have experience with SAP and ExcelYou have experience in payroll bookingYou are organised with attention to detailWhat's in it for you?Competitive salary package to accurate market valueHybrid work model: On site attendance required only one day per weekFlexible working hoursCareer progressionYour Future Company:Our client is an amusement park company located in Leganés, Madrid.
