The Role
We are looking for a person with knowledge and some experience within Scrum, proactive, enthusiastic, and output driven.
Willingness to embrace and drive change, solid problem-solving skills, supported by a logical, methodical, and thorough approach to implementation.
A person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain collaborative work relationships at all levels and very good people manager to detect blockers and find ways of resolution in teams.
What You'll Do A coach and facilitator; critical role in ensuring team building within the Agile squad.Primary objective is to ensure that the scrum team/agile squad is successful.May handle at least 2 agile squads.Driver of the key agile practices within the squad.Helping the team to make decisions.Fostering the developer team's self-organization.Mediating the general conflict of goals between development team (high technical quality) and product owner (more features).Ensure team is involved in rough effort estimation.Remove impediments.Facilitate the Scrum process is understood by all team members before execution.Facilitate the Scrum events (Dailys, Refinements, Planning, Review, Retrospective...), facilitating meetings for the team which includes preparing, moderation, post-processing.Giving feedback to the team.Collect all retrospective to improve next project.Review and maintain JIRA board input.Experience Scrum team resources management.Train PO if needed in his/her Role's responsibilities: Creating user stories, release organization.Get proper metrics to show Scrum Team progress, gaps to resolve, velocity.Participate on Agile Community being in contact with rest of Scrum Masters to share best practices.What You'll Bring Must have: At least 4 years of experience at scrum master.Knowledge and experience in Scrum.High level of English is mandatory.Agile - Scrum Certification.Excellent academic qualifications including a 1st or 2:1, or equivalent professional experience.Experience of the Technology Engineering or Automotive industry as a Project leader role.Passion and commitment to quality and targets. Nice to have: Additional languages to English.Experience in other structured project management methodologies (e.g., XP, Kanban, Less).Technical skills (development, testing).It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
