Own UAT and QA responsibilities. Requires the skills to build and improve test cases, Automation, and to evaluate, analyse, and perform quality assurance testing in coordination with our Locations in the US, Spain and UK teams to meet all client needs or in internal projects.Main Responsibilities:Design and improve how we write, store, update, and run UAT test cases.Build test scenarios and large amounts of test data in UAT.Work on multiple projects at the same time.Run test cases to certify builds, new features, etc.Certify and sign off on stories/releases.Detail oriented for end to end manual and automation testing.Identify, log, and track defects.Join the agile team, attend their stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.Time management for critical task deliverables.Independently prioritize work and be self-motivated.Assessment and improvement of working methodologies and processes.QualificationsKnowledge and Experience:Education on IT or Computer Science.Ability to understand and analyse large volumes of data and identifying anomalies and inconsistencies in the data.Understanding of SDLC methodologies and Software Testing Lifecycle.Previous QA Analyst experience at Technology Company.Previous UAT experience working on data analytics, back-end testing, test case creation for customers.Fast learner and flexible to Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, and work with different Tools and Techniques.Be an advocate of Quality Assurance and Best Test Practices.Ability to work as a Team player with local and offshore teams.Ability to be self-motivated during strict deadlines.Attention to detail.Demonstrate a good understanding of the Project Life Cycle and Agile Methodologies.Jira Experience to manage and track tasks.Effective communication skills both verbal and written in English.Other useful Experience (not required):Previous Experience in SQL and a programming language (C#, Java, Python…)Creating Automation scripts in JMeter, Postman or Python/JavaScriptSome knowledge of Confluence, TFS or similar, Cucumber, Playwright, Soap UI, Postman, MS Access, ExcelKnowledge of the insurance MarketKnowledge of API testing#LI-CI1 #HybridAdditional InformationFor over 50 years, Verisk has been the leading data analytics and technology partner to the global insurance industry by delivering value to our clients through expertise and scale.
