Mid-Level Associate – Structured Transactions Practice We are seeking a midlevel associate with three to six years of experience to join our structured transactions practice. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate and/or finance transactions. While experience in structured finance and securitization is preferred, it is not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment on sophisticated transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex finance transactions
Advise clients on corporate and financial matters related to structured transactions
Draft and review agreements, legal opinions, and transaction documents
Collaborate with other legal teams to manage the legal aspects of structured finance projects
Support clients in navigating regulatory and compliance issues related to transactions
Skills and Experience
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
3 to 6 years of experience in corporate and/or finance transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical and communication abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
