Mid-Level Associate – Structured Transactions PracticeWe are seeking a midlevel associate with three to six years of experience to join our structured transactions practice. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate and/or finance transactions. While experience in structured finance and securitization is preferred, it is not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment on sophisticated transactions.
