Currently we are seeking a Microwave Engineer to join our Professional Services team, who will be based in Argentina - Cordoba.
Key Responsibilities:
Link feasibility analysis
Provide solutions for different possible scenarios
Assist Senior Engineer in radio links related tasks
Prepare radio link engineer documentation
Follow processes
Communicate with subcontractors
Oversee the delivery of services to clients ensuring high-quality standards
Make reports to customers
Conduct meetings with customers periodically
Implement Agile Methodologies
Ensure the adoption and consistent application of agile methodologies across the service delivery teams
Oversee and ensure that all agile ceremonies (e.g., daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) are held regularly and are achieving the expected outcomes
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of agile practices and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
